What MiCasa keeps
What your household puts in it: menus, events, grocery lists, tasks, budget entries, documents you upload, and the names, phone numbers and roles of the people you add. Each household’s data is kept apart from every other household’s at the database level, not just on the screen.
Where it lives
In a Supabase database in Mumbai, India, with the app served from Vercel in Mumbai. Pictures you scan and documents you upload sit in the same place. Backups are Supabase’s.
What leaves the app
- Anthropic writes the morning brief, reads invitations and documents you scan, translates menu lines, and answers Sidekick. It sees only what is needed for that one job, and Anthropic does not train on it.
- Google supplies place suggestions when you type a location and works out the drive time to an event from the place names, and weather comes from Open-Meteo.
- Grocery prices are read by us from the shops' public listings and shown to you; nothing about you goes to a shop until you open its app yourself.
- WhatsApp messages are composed on your phone and sent by you, never by us.
What we do not do
No ads, no selling data, no tracking across other sites. We count which features get used, without the content, to know what to fix.
Leaving
